I cannot see my entity form on load, no doubt there are no JS written on form load. All security roles previleges are provided.

this is not working!! .Created a new form and saved as New form only and set the Priority to 1.
i will do that only. In case if i didnt find any solution for it.
Thanks Syed for the response. I did till step 4 but for step 5 above i didnt find any script field, and have not written any script on this Form. Thanks
Syed what i understood is that its not related to any record, they are not able to open that form for any record of that entity hence suggested the workaround in previous post
