Hi! I have a shipper that's not updating. It's stuck in the 'shipper update log viewer' and the reason is "schedule (..) missing from sales order (..), line." The sales order shows that there's a qty in open shippers but the item seems to be closed out in the sales order because it's grayed out. How can I get the item to open back up so I can close this shipper?
