Greetings !

I am using Dynamics 365 Online and I have created a simple model driven app that exposes Contacts and two other custom entities.
While viewing contacts, I have 5 different options to export the data in excel, but I will be using only 3 out of those 5.
Is there a way for me to show only those 3 as option instead of showing all the 5 without doing any heavy coding?

Hi,

You don't have to download as it is also available in XRM Toolbox as a tool (recommended). If you wish to download and import the tool in the organization then yes the above shared url is the reliable source.

Thanks for responding. Do you know which is the most authentic place to download Ribbon Workbench for 365 online?

Is www.develop1.net/.../ribbonworkbench.aspx a reliable source?

You can use Ribbon Workbench and hide the unwanted options. Refer below screenshot-
