Is there a searching for item option in sales POS transaction.

Hi all,

Scenario: when POS worker scan items in slaes transaction with long transaction (many item) the customer asking to delete item or adjusting QTY, if POS worker (cashier) search by manualy it will take long time , is there options to applay search for item by scan item to delete or should be go to custmaiz.

Hi Khaled,

Your requirement is basic scenario for retail stores but unfortunate their is no any functionality in AX to void items by scanning or search item in current transactions. I think you have to go with customization and press void option and scan the item for void will be good approach instead of search item in current transaction for void.
