Hi,
I am working on Microsoft Dynamics 3.0 , it's a good product but i need some informations for making a backup.
1) Backup IIS and Metadatabas on %SystemRoot%\system32\inetsrv\MetaBack
2) Backup Folder of the website: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb
3) Backup SQL Server database : Organization _MSCRM and MSCRM_Config
4) Export personalization of Microdoft CRM.
Do i forget something?.

Don't forget to check your documentation for any 3rd party ISV products as they don't always get backed up from within the db. Otherwise, you've got the two key elements: db & IIS metabase.
