Field doesnt appear when customizing a page for a role but it appears when customizing the page as a user

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to reactivate the open or reopen button in the warehouse shipment module. When I'm customizing the page as a user, I can see the button and I'm able to easily reactivate it as show below

However, when I'm customizing the page from the profiles menu, the same button doesn't show up even though all the other one appears.

Example shown below.

Someone have any idea what could be causing that ?

Hi,

Did you check if you proper permission or role center assigned to that user id?

Yes, I have every permission and I did try it with every role that is supposed to be having the necessary permission.

It's really weird because it's one of the only field that doesn't appear when I'm trying to customize the page through role.

I've saw some thread on an other forum talking about the fact that it might be cause by using the on premise version of business central.

Hi, I checked and it's the same as yours.

Sorry I don't know the reason either, I checked the standard code and it doesn't look special.

Update, the button I was looking for was hidden in another drop down menu. I dont know why, but I was able to drag it back to where it was supposed to be. Everything work fine now. Thanks
