Hi ..

 

All of my users for a specific company is getting this error

 

"You cannot print W-2 Statements. Another user is performing YEREPS."

 

I already asked her if there were other users in the *editted* screen for W2 since you cannot print a W2 if someone is in the edit screen. She says only 4 users are allowed to touch W2s..

 

is there anyway I can query this ? Which table is the W2 located in? When I tried to google search YEREPS - All I could come up with is that the editted W2 screen is open..

 

Any feedback??

    With everyone logged off of the system, none of the files listed below should contain any records. If they do, delete them:

    DYNAMICS DB

    ACTIVITY

    SY00800

    SY00801

    TEMPDB DB

    DEX_LOCK

    DEX_SESSION

    Hi Leslie!

    I ended up kicking off all the users off from GP 10 -

    Cleared the activity log

    Once I cleared the Activity log

    I went ahead and made a small script to...

    Delete UPR10300

    Delete UPR10304

    TEMPDB DB

    DEX_LOCK

    DEX_SESSION

    This worked: it cleared the error. thx

    We deleted these records and are still getting the error message

    You cannot print W-2 Statements. Another user is performing YEREPS

    what are we still missing?
