Hello,
when users make changes to a form by either entering a value or selecting a value, a message or Error message occurs.
Where in dynamics 365 do we look to see the logic for this reason and to enable or disable it when we needed to ?

According to your description, there should be something wrong in your form onsave event.
You could check this in form editor-> Properties.
If there is any custom js actions, please check it and see if there is any error in the js code.
You could also provide the screenshot of the error message and we will be able to help you easier.
