Which security privilege is needed to add somebody to the marketing segment?

I would like to have a sales user adding a contact to a static segment. The user has the following privilege for the segment:

But it is still not possible to select a segment to add the contact:

What other privilege is necessary.?

    Hi @J.Zaugg,

    Does the user not see these 2 buttons at all? Can they add contacts to the segment from the segment screen?

    @Dilyana Radulova, The user should work out of the Sales Hub. I do not want to give him access to the marketing app. No, he can not see the the two buttons from the Sales Hub. He only has access to "add to subscription" and "add to marketing list"
