Hi,
I have a custom entity that required approval process. I'm using the flow approval to go through the process, every thing is work perfect. However, is that possible to show the approval record related to the entity in the marketing app? Something like approval history, whether the approval is rejected or approved and when was the approval is done.

Hi Teh,
You could create a custom entity to store the approval information, because we can get approval context data in Dynamic content pop up window.
Then add creation step of the entity to different branches in your flow based on different conditions.

You could probably consider leveraging the approval feature we've built, leveraging Power Automate https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/developer/build-approval-feature-using-flow

Hi Martin,
We are currently using the approval feature in Power Automate. However, the customer would like to see the approval history related to the record in Marketing App.
I can see the flow approval entity in powerapps, but it seem not allow to customize the view and form to lookup to our record.

At first, we saw the flow approval entity, we thought we could use back the same entity since it is available now.
