Worflow Exflow Suggest Approval Exflow module- import form all

Hi,

I was wondering why the Exflow module- import form all section doesn’t automatically set the approvers following the workflow i have created

Why do I need to press “Suggest Approval” to make it work? How can I make it automatic like before?

    Exflow is a third-party ISV solution. Have you tried asking your partner or reached out to Support from Signup Software?

    You mentioned: "like before". Was it behaving differently? If so, what exactly changed in your environment? Was there a configuration change or did you install any update?
     
    Is the option Auto suggest approvers enabled on the Exflow parameters form?

    You can reach out to SIgnup Software support for some assistance. We have an demo environment installed including Exflow, but this is not fully configured, so I'm not able to test the behavior in our environment at this moment.
