I am helping NAV clients to find out whether they are eligible for Business Central From SA/DPL . The clients are having active Enhancement Plans.
if they are eligible then
1. how to match their NAV user license to Business Central cloud license e.g. 1 to 1 or 1 to m ?
2. any other criteria..
I wrote to CSP team, and waited for 2 days and was told to check with Dynamics Support which I could not even reach one.
Can Dynamics team help to address my questions or give me a link to connect with the person in charge.
