Any ideas why I cannot see case lists on the customer self-service portal in Dynamics 365 online Portal.

The registered user is added as a contact and assigned to the service account, I have ability to create the cases, but not to see the case list and edit cases from the portal. Checked web roles and entity lists all is fine, Any ideas

I have the same question (0)

    Hi TSP,

Please check the view on the case list page, if it is changed or any additional filter is added.

    Best Regards

    Hi TSP,

    Please check below things:
    1. Check user have role or not, if user has role then this role has entity permissions assigned?
    2. Change views in case list view & check case list is appear
    3. Check while creating case, in customer field what you link, Logged in portal user or account? try to link logged in portal user in Customer field & check
    4. In case entity permission check scope & relationship selected, portal side the data will filter based on scope & selected entity relationship.

    I hope it helps,

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Create an entity permission as shown below. Also assign the web role to this entity permission.
