Hi All,
what am i missing i have setup the Packing station function but when i click on Pack i get the following message
Packing functionality is not configured
What have i missed please.

Hello Tom,
Kindly check the User you are login into D365 to open pack form, if the associated person has been configured into Worker with profile and default packing station info configured.

It's the user/worker-setup as described before but also the WarehouseManagementParameters / General / Location types / Packing Location Type. This will enable the drill-down for the packing-location at the worker-setup. Otherwise the drill-down won't select correctly.
