can someone explain to me this different tabs about the product information with detail.

Your question is a bit too broad. Can you ask specific questions? In general, the tabs are used to group type of fields for a certain purpose, like Manage item costs or financial dimensions.

Why not read the help filesm or the elearning? e.g. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/supply-chain/pim/product-information
There are also inexpensive books that cover the topic.
