On my stock count exception list I am getting the below error/exception:
What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

This means that Lot Number Counted Qty does not equal to Item Counted Qty on the Stock Count Lot Number Entry screen.
The value in the Stock_Serial_Lot_Count field in table IV10301 will need to be updated.
Was there a resolution reached for this issue? We are getting the same error on an item.

Did your lot numbered stock count entry window matches the main stock entry window for this item.
There is no screen shot of error.
