CRM 2011 Reports run intermittently

HI All,

My CRM 2011 Rollup version is 13.

Reports are running intermittently. When they don't run i see a blank screen with parameters disabled and below js error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

When i click on View Reports 4-5 times i get this exception in eventviewer:
