I just completed my approval workflow but when I submit it through form it says "Failed to find workflow version".I tried restarting AOS service but on luck. Any help will be appreciated

Did you activate the workflow you configured?

Not fixed yet. I still looking into it.
In addition; please check the possibility of below points if something like this has happened!
-- The document is submitted in workflow version say 1.0.0.1
-- After that you updated any detail in the workflow configuration and activated it again with a new version 1.0.0.2
-- Then if you go back to the previous document which was created before this change in the workflow configuration and already submitted in the old version of 1.0.0.1; then this could be possible that system will show this error notification because of this version change.
Please check and keep us posted.

Thank You Sourav for reply. But it is not the case because as soon as I completed the workflow & tried to submit the error appears.
Now I deleted the rows from my table & tried to submit with new record but same error.

Which version are you on? Are you working on AX 2012 or on D365?
I am using D365FO. Thanks all for your help. But I had an issue in my submit manager class as wrong configuration id was passed in constructor.
