One of my client is using RMS 2.0 with hotfix 19. What is happening the some of the customers bounced back with the request refund since there credit card charged twice. In the system it does show CC charged twice. But when i called Payment Processors they say that request seems to come from the RMS for the 2nd charge.
First i am applying the latest service pack and feature pack (build 0.155) on RMS. Is there any hotfix for this issue in RMS ?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
