Dynamics CRM Can not retrieve view's metadata

I have created some views which are being used in a dashboard. The views show ok for me but the users I have shared the dashboard with are getting the following message - Can not retrieve view's metadata.

What does this mean?

Hi,

What type of views you have created ? Make sure you shared the views to other user if this is personal view. See here -

In addition also check -

- If the user assigned security role have the "saved view" access under "core records" tab.
