Hi experts,

I encountered the issue about Financial report can't generate.
An error occured while processing the request. (InternalServerError) </Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation./, /The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error./> {97F7845A-7954-46B9-BEC6-0A19B5CDDE9D}

and then view the old report

All of this happened after I import DB from Production environment to Dev environment.
I'm not sure, where should fix this.

Please advice me, Thank you.

    Hi,

    Based on the information provided, the issue may be caused by importing the database from the production environment to the development environment. Here are some suggestions to address the issue of the Financial report not generating:

    1. Check the database import process: Ensure that there were no errors or exceptions during the database import from the production environment to the development environment. Check the logs and error messages during the import process to identify if there were any issues.

    2. Validate data integrity: Ensure that the database imported from the production environment is complete and accurate in the development environment. Check relevant tables, fields, and data in the database to ensure consistency with the production environment.

    3. Verify report configuration: Validate if the Financial report is correctly configured in the development environment. Ensure that the report definition, data sources, and other settings are correct and match the configuration in the production environment.

    Best regards,
    Kevin
