Hi all -
I really hope this isn't a big issue.... Today all of a sudden in my RMS point of sale I was running a credit
card and the status failed with the approval saying "03: TERM ID ERROR"
At first I thought it was the credit card of my client - but ran her friends card and the same thing happened..
Nothing has ever happened like this before...
Anyone know what to do?

error 03 TERM ID ERROR, means that the terminal id or merchant id in your EDC setup does not match with the one in your merchant service account. You will have to call your merchant service provide and check the settings.
Also, please note, each RMS station has to be configured individually, And its advisable to configure all the backoffice /RMS Manager only stations as well.
All stations and management pcs should have the same settings.
EDC Configuration is done within the RMS Admin program.
Time zone etc. is all correct - I have checked everything possible... I am leaning toward the possibility there have been changes with the ssl (a while back I did received something about internet security protocol changes - but didn't follow up with it)....
Make sure the time and/or date or timezone is correct.
