Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

Button icon in List record option doesn't show in Unified App in MS Dynamics 365 v9.0

Hi,

I have added a button "Add Alert" and added icon in it. I have added 3 icons, 2 are png and 1 svg. Button icons shows correctly in web. It also shows in mobile in list page menu. But it doesn't show in List page record option(3 dots).

I use RibbonWorkbentch 2016.

Please review following screehshot and suggest if I am missing anything

    I remember I have experienced this (otherwise puzzle icon) & I used an internal GIF image, then only it worked everywhere for me (IIRC :)).

    Can you check by changing it to an existing image & see if it works. Else you can escalate to MS for resolution.

    Hi,

    If I use images of other CRM button, it works. For example, there is a CRM button "Activate". If I use icons of Activate button instead of my icons, it works.

    These are icons of "Activate",

    Image 16: "/_imgs/ribbon/Activate_16.png"

    Image 32: "/_imgs/ribbon/Activate_32.png"

    ModernImage: Activate

    If I us above image in my button, it shows correctly. However, when I click on lookup of "ModernImage", it doesn't show any resource of "Activate". So, I don't understand what is ModernImage, how does it work? and what kind of image I can pass to there(JPG/PNG or SVG)?

    Please guide.
