Hi Experts,

I am conducting a high level CRM health check review and would like to create an Excel template more like a check list for areas to review i.e (review of System Jobs, Views (find columns in each view) etc. Is there any template or resources out there that could be helpful in helping me create this template ?

I was looking for comprehensive appraoch and scope for Dyanmics CRM health check of current implementation. Any document(doc,ppt etc) detailing it will help ....
