    Hi,

We analyzed your needs, but based on the information you provided we cannot tell if this issue you have belongs to Human Resource or Dynamics 365 FO (as we found similar content in the documentation of both software).

Would you be able to provide more information about this issue? For example, the product used, etc.

Based on the information you have provided, we will continue to follow up on this issue and will respond below if there are any developments.

In addition, we recommend that you ask the question in the forum for the specific software, as your question will be noticed by more experts in the field in the forum for that product, and you will be able to get a more effective solution faster.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang

    Hi Julien,
Do you elaborate about the data entity and action? Is it a custom entity?
If you have created a new custom entity, once you deploy it in your environment you need to refresh entity list (DMF > Framework parameters) so the new entity will be populated on the entity list and you can use it for file export.

    Hi,

Sorry for my bad explanation, I will reformulate.

Yes I have created a new custom entity, my question is : Is it possible to do some action (for example I need to update a value in the database before the export) via x++ by using a method like it's possible with an import with the method "PostGetStagingData" for example.

I have tried a lot of method but I didn't found anything, only the PostLoad method is accessible but it launch after the export.

To get around this problem, I have created a batch job class which is executed before the export, but if you have any suggestion, I'll take it.

    Thanks
