Hi all,
I am stuck on figuring a workflow logic that generates a bounce back email (template) to a user from a service response email account for emails not relating to cases. An auto email is sent to the user notifying them to contact elswhere. The email also goes back to the user from the same mailbox of the service response? Any ideas/tips on how to achieve this is appreciated.
Hi Sol007,
Please confirm my understanding:
If a user create an email which isn't related to case, then send an email to the user by workflow.
And your question is that should the From of the email be the service response or not?
Hi Steve Zhao,
Sure, the user is an (enquirer) who sends the an email to the service response emailbox and if the email is not relating to cases the service response mailbox generates a bounce back email message that is sent back to the user informing them to contact elsewhere. The email goes back to the user from the same mailbox of service response.
I am unsure if this scenario can be achieved by workflow or javascript? Thanks
Hi,
Any further guide or steps with achieving this? Is there a way of checking emails unrelated to a case?
