Hi guys, I'm a newbie here in my team and I have a client regarding her concern asking for a summary of posted payment, purchase and general journals.

I looked everywhere but I cant seem to find it. Help would be so much appreciated.

Hi Lorenz1337,

You can go the Vendor Ledger Entries page and filter to the Document Type = Payment and you can export the view to Excel using the Send To Excel function.

Make sure you Apply the entries and document type is 'Payment' as well.

Hi Lorenz,

take a look at the G/L Register for the list of posted transactions. It has the Source code which will give you the idea where it was posted from (for example, GENJNL means it was posted form the general journal). If you run the report "G/L Register" and put a filter on the Source Code, it will bring you posted transactions with amounts, document numbers etc.
