Access teams, read other members

Hello community,

I have the following situation:

  • I defined an access team template for the account entity,
  • I have added two users userA & userB to the access team of the AccountX
  • The account X is owned by a userC
  • The userA & the userC belong to the BU_1
  • The userC belong to the BU_2

EDIT: 

  • The userA & userB has the same security roles, they have the read privilege, level : organization.

results :

  • The userA can see the members in this account
  • The userB can not see the members in this account

Any one knows why the userB cannot see the team members on the accountX?

    Hi Goutam,

    I have edit my post, The userA & userB has the same security roles, they have the read privilege, level : organization.

    Is there other things that i should check?

    Hi Don,

    Does userA and userB assigned same security role?

    Seems the userB does not have read privileges of USER entity in the assigned security  role .
