cash receipts integrating twice

Does anyone know why cash receipts may be integrating twice? Yesterday the integration worked just fine and today every single cash receipt is integrating multiple times. What settings will I need to adjust go get this working again?

How is the integration done? Is it smart enough to know when something is being entered twice? Was the file properly updated before today's run?
