How to change the search results in Dynamics 365 CRM?

I'm trying to make a search to be more accurate, I can add specific columns to search but I'm looking for a solution to change operator.

At this moment I have:

So I will have a result ONLY for rows which start with a phrase I'm looking.

I would like to achive a result with operator /AND/, so if i will search for /Dell laptop latitude/ I will have all rows which INCLUDE those words, not only the one which starts with this phrase.

I need to change this settings in products view entity and also when adding new products to opportunity.

It's a many days I cant find a solution, please HELP!

I do have more than 130k products on list so without good search it's useless.

I look forward for someone help.

Wojtek.

    Hi,

You can create a Personal or System Views and inside that you can define your own custom logic like below

    Thank You,

    Pradeep Rai.

Please mark this as VERIFIED. if it helps you to resolve the query

    Hi Partner,
What you want to return should contain this phrase and not begin with it, right?
If so, you can add the wildcard * before the keyword.
Go to Admin Center > Your Environment > Settings > Products > Feature > Prevent Slow keyboard filter for quick find terms on view pages.
    Turn this option off.
    Test:

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

Hi, thank you for your reply but it's not a solution in both replays.

    1. Custom view - I do have a custom view prepared, with filtering, but a sales person is not able to build separate filters for each search, it's time consuming and complicated for sales
    2. The wildcard (*) allow to find ONE word in selected columns but I need to have a search result for words that are in the searching phrase, let me give you an example:
      1. When I look for Dell notebook Latitudue, when i write in 'quick find' windows phrase: "*Dell*notebook*Latitude" I will have ONLY products which have folowing phrase in name in order "Dell notebook Latitude"
      2. When I put "*Latitude*dell" I will have none search items because all has names "Dell Notebook", it's in different word order
So I need an improved search results which will use other operator (and I mean the search operator, not user).
Even when I use dataverse search it's gives me results if I will write "Dell Latitude" and "Latitude Dell", the word order in search doesn't matter, but it doesnt narrow search result when I add more words, if I will write "Dell Latitude 7440" it will give results for every word.
It will give me all with "7440", all with "Dell", all with "Latitude" - but I would like to have a result with all words in a row, I should receive result with all products which have dell, latitude, 7440 in name, without the same word order.
    I hope it's undrestood...

I'm looking for a way to achive the same in product view and when adding new product to sales opportunity.

I think it's connected with fetchxml configuration, but I cannot find docs how to change it.

    Hi Wojtek,
Unfortunately, we can't customize "Quick find" search feature, which is by-design.
