I don't know what's changed - All our users who had access to change ownership of records were able to assign records, suddenly they unable to now and myself - I have all the roles in our CRM but don't know why I cant assign records to different owners. Please help as this is impacting 15 super users.

Please check the security role of other users to whom you are assigning records.
If you can share some screen-shots it will be great.
