Why is the field (Dimension.ItemGroup) not visible in the on-hand report filter for some users in Dynamics 365 F&O?

    the picture below shows the Security roles assigned to the user Jaffer

    Obviously due to security role configuration. You should check the security role assign to the affected users and and check the entry points.
