Reg Keys for Integration Manager in Fabrikam

Hi All,

I am trying to learn more about integration manager using a test installation with only the Fabrikam company setup however when I try to use integration manager it is greyed out like I need reg keys to enable the module. Does anyone know if there are keys that allow for use of integration with Fabrikam? This is solely for learning in a test environment.

GP Version 14.00.0524 (2015 RTM)

Thank you,

Kirk

    Hi Kirk,

As part of every major GP upgrade (read major version # change), Integration Manager will be available to the customer for a period of 6 months I think for free. Now the registration keys for IM should be available in your Customer Source account... if you don't have access to it, talk to your partner.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Beat,

Thank you for your response. I have registration keys for IM at work but I maintain a separate install of GP with just Fabrikam at home for testing. I was hoping there were something like demo keys that would let me get some practice in my home environment before I needed it at work.

    Regards,

    Kirk

    Hello Kirk,

Unfortunately, there isn't actually any demo keys that we have for Integration Manager to use with the sample Fabrikam, Inc. database.

We do have 'conversion keys' which are temporary and last for approximately 260 days, but that's as close to it that we have, but I believe these are free.

The temporary keys for IM are two keys, while the full keys for IM are only one key, so you can tell the difference that way.

Both of these, you'd need to get from your partner, as our Operations team will only work with the partner in regards to any type of registration keys.

    Thank you,
