Cannot set time for date/time field to any value other than 30 minute intervals in Unified Interface

Dynamics 365 online no longer allow the time component of a Date/Time field to be set to values other than 30 minute increments. Did someone introduce a bug?

are you setting the value by JS or manually on UI? looks like it a known product defect and schedule to be fixed in 2 weeks.

Setting it manually in the UI is where I see the problem. If it's a known defect and scheduled for fixing in 2 weeks then that is good.
