Disable keyboard shortcuts

Using Ribbon value rule to hide the Delete Button when a OptionSetValue are some values.
but It still show a confirm "delete recored....." when I press ctrl+D。
how to disabled keyboard shortcuts?
Or any way to disabled "delete" function ?

    Hi,

    in customization.xml, maybe there is AccessKey tag for this button. Did you use ribbon workbench?

    You need to export your solution and check inside the customization.xml file if there is a value for AccessKey tag for your hide button.

    you mean I can hide then delete button but I can't disabled keyboard shortcuts !

    One way to solve is  I press  ctrl+D and confirm "YES" then plug-in just refusing the request. like this>>30180.1.png
