GP 2018 Web Client Issue

Hi,

I've recently installed the GP 2018 web client. The page does not load. Take a look at the image below in the top right corner. Next to SmartList you'll notice that the loading indicator continues to spin and the date that displays is 0/0/0000. Anyone ever experienced this?

    I'm all set. I ended up reinstalling GP from scratch and all appears to be working now. I appreciate the help!

    OK, let's assume for now that the time difference between your desktop and the server is insignificant - although, I've seen cases where time sync issues cause the browser application not to be able to connect. Do you have any forms or reports dictionaries in the data folder of your session host? If so, try renaming those and see if the problem goes away.

    The next thing you can do as well is to run a SQL trace log from the Web Management Console application for that user session.

    Sorry about that. The image was pasted into the text of the original post but failed to display. I'm attaching it now along with another error that could be related to this issue.

    Yes, I'm connecting to the IIS server from my desktop. As far as time synchronization. The server is ahead by one minute.

    While there's no image attached, I don't see a reason for the date and the loading indicator to not appear after you've completed the application login procedure. The SmartList link would only appear after you have logged into the application and the date appears next. Is the web client loaded on your machine or are you trying to connect to an actual IIS server hosting the web client application? If your IIS server is on a different machine, does your local machine keep the same time with the IIS server?
