BigCommerce orders not flowing through to IOM

Issue - orders created in BigCommerce are not appearing on Sales Order screen on IOM. 

Following have been configured:

  • BigCommerce Provider - configured and activated
  • Mappings configured for Accounts; Products; Price Lists; Units
  • Configured a flow in IOM to perform order header validation as per instructions here (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/intelligent-order-management/orchestration-flows). The orchestration has been Published.
  • Checked on Power Automate portal, BigCommerce connection's status is marked as Connected and it shows the following 3 flows using this (BigCommerce connection).

I have created a few orders on BigCommerce side which should get picked up by validation flow, however no orders are appearing on IOM side. 

Any pointers on what else I can check would be appreciated!

    Is your issue resolved? Could you check if you have mapped the right store hash in Big Commerce provider parameter?

    Thank you, my flow ran and the order is now created in IOM.

    I checked the pull sales order automate flow and found error when fetching the sales order information. Due to this step, the sales order creation step is not being performed. Need help in identifying the problem.

    Thank you suheyla for the prompt response.

    I've created TestBCAccount and its is Active, but still cannot find it in BigCommerce.

    Hi jay,

     First you create TestBcAccount manually. Than TestBcAccount is selected on mapping account.

    Hi amanjeet,

    I have the exact same mapping in IOM but cannot find TestBCAccount on BigCommerce under Existing Customer.

    Any idea why?

    thank you, when i changed the price list mapping ,Orders came from BigCommerce.

    These are the mapping values I used to test the flow of orders from BigCommerce. I tested the order flow with a single item (Accu Scale).
