Can't use Customer Voice in Power Automate

Hey,

I'm struggling since a while with the following problem in the environment from a customer and haven't found a solution yet, I hope you have an idea.

I'm trying to connect Customer Voice with PowerAutomate to send some surveys.

They always show me this:

If I try to reconnect, i have to require for permission.

I found this post with a solution:

Sadly I couldnt find the CustomerVoiceFlow app in azure to add them....

Do you hava any Ideas? 

Where do I (or the global admin) have to grant access if not in azure?

    Hmm, I'm not so sure. I wonder if you could get a global admin to try authenticating into your flow. Perhaps they would have the option to approve for the entire organization.

    hey,

    Thank you, that was very helpful.

    The admin has created a power automate flow where he wanted to use the CustomerVoice connector. By enableing the connector, the connector was automatically added in azure and was also usable for me. :)
