When trying to print the RM Transaction Inquiry for a customer, we receive an error message Error in equation 'Origin'

I moved from Modified forms to Gp original forms and its all back to work.
Afternoon, mine is also doing the same thing but we have no other third party products related to this window and the report is a modified window.
Can you disable the products from Customization Status(Tools-->Customize-->Customization Status) window? and try again?
If you not faced the issue after disabled the products, contact the 3rd party vendors for those products.

It is not modified but we are using a 3rd party product for Job Costing called WennSoft.
