When running Integration Manager it stops when it finds a GL Account that is not valid but then it quickly pops up with the dialog box below. We are entirely a terminal server environment and have been successfully running this integration for a long time. We're running IM 12.00.1753 and Dynamics GP 2013 V12.00.2130
I've tried all of the following:
I also see that no logs have been created since 2/3/17 so my latest log file is not being created
I've modified the Storage Type from Database to File and pointed to a directory that all users have rights to
I've closed Great Plains and IM completely and logged out of the terminal server entirely to be sure any temp files have closed.
I've verified the Connect Box is not checked in the Customized Page options
