Can anyone recommend to me a good book on programming plugins and peripheral software for CRM? I know there are a ton of books out there for this but is there any sort of consensus as for the best ones. My skill level is as follows: I'm good with javascript, but pretty new to .NET and C#, but I know C/C++ and got by with C# enough to write 2 programs with the CRM SDK.
As for the scope of the book, I need something that can cover plugins/hooks, isv customizations. I don't need something that's comprehensive enough for me to start my own CRM consultation firm, but something good enough to get some work done.
Thanks!

I have the same question (0)Michael,
There are only a few CRM books that deal with programming. Go to Amazon.com and search for "Mike Snyder and Jim Steger" and "David Yack."
They are the authors of the books that count.
