Business Central 13
As Basic Authentication is being removed for SMTP eventually, a client has removed this permissions from the account used to send emails via the SMTP setup. They feel this is no longer secure enough. Therefore, the account now uses MFA.
I have read various blogs suggesting the only option is enabling Basic Auth SMTP for this account only, and registering for an app password etc.

If the administrators do not want basic authentication enabled on any account, what other options do they have to enable the sending of emails in there Business Central 13 environment?
Hi, BC13 has been End of Life for almost three years, please upgrade to BC14 as soon as possible. I believe there should be no such problem in BC14.
PS: Download Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premises (All Versions) – Direct download links

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

I am not sure you will find much information on this, go to Powerautomate or Logic aps if those are available with this version.
Hi Nitin,
The "Email Accounts" functionality is not available in Business Central 13.
