At Configuration Package, when I tried to import, this error posp out. May I ask what does it means?

I download the configuration package from the older company, and wants to import to newer company. Am I allow to do this?
Yes you can do that, but make sure your package name should consist the same name of the package in the Excel file, like as per below image.

Borrowing Configuration Packages is allowed, but as Nitin noted, go into the NEW Company and make sure the Config Package Code, Name are the same. Also check Table 23 and fields you have selected match the file you are importing. Last note, the Worksheet Tab must reflect the Table Name.
Try this.
