How can I add Campaign ID (or Name) to Opportunity?
I have a campaing with a few Accounts and I would add a column to Opportunity view with Campaign ID to know which opportunity comes campaign.
I did not convert Leads to Opportunity so I don't have source campaign. And right now the field is blocked to edit.

I have the same question (0)I had a similar question, and this is the response I received from Microsoft:
"The process of Converting a Lead to an Account, Contact, and/or Opportunity is designed to move in a forward process and not backward.
I did some research and found that the way that this process works has not changed since CRM 1.2.
I do understand your concern that you want to link this field back to the originating lead.
To change this would require a redesign of the current process and it would not be achieved with a hotfix.
I would ask that you use the Product Suggestion line that was provided, and let the developers know that you would like to see a change in this current process.
As the product is working as designed, I would like to get your permission to set this case to close."
