I want to automatize scheduling meetings with clients for my customer care team. They are spending too much time calling and emailing clients. Is there such a solution in the D365 system or some add-on that will allow customers to independently book a meeting with a member of my team in the calendar after prior availability (e.g. on the shared website)?
I will be grateful for any suggestions.

Since you requirement is to have a customer facing interface for your customer, you could install Customer Self Service portal and allow them to create appointment.

I don't think OOB such kind of functionality available in D365. D365 always allow CRM user to make an appointment with customer and customer can not create an appointment to CRM directly.
However in CRM you can convert email to case , similar thing you can do like when customer send mail to CRM user and you can write a plugin to create an appointment which read the mail body and create an appointment. I have not tried by you can try.
