Add new order product button not working

Below is the error after clicking the Add new order product button. There is no specific error information.

    I have tried to add the orderproduct from order form front end and it works.

    It seems to be a bug, try adding from the frontend of order form>>order product inline editing

    community.dynamics.com/.../202692
