AX2009

I have a user who doesn't get the grid after selecting Delegation, New, Create  in Enterprise Portal.   Anyone got an idea which permissions affect this ?

    We found the permissions

    Security --> Basic --> Tables -->Approval Task Delegation

    Security --> Basic --> Tables -->Work Item Comment
