Redirect to another record form using js

Hi

In order form, I have a condition if meet, I want to redirect user to Customer of the order using js. Is it possible ?

    It is possible using javascript. Please try the command below.

    Xrm.Utility.openEntityForm(name,id,parameters,windowOptions);
