Sub grid not refreshing while Record save and close option using Google chrome.

Hi Guys,

when adding a record via the + on a sub grid, which pops out a new page with the form for that entity, the Save button on that pop out form works fine. However, if a user instead clicks "Save & Close" in Chrome, the sub grid for which the record is being added does not refresh with that new record.

if am using save option working perfectly.

Hi Kannan,

It might be simple cache issue, you need to update the Chrome Version, and this problem has been resolved in CRM 2015 as in Sub-grid you will get a lookup instead of form.

I have seen this too - it seems to be a bug. It also happens in other areas such as when adding fields to an entity via the form designer - the list of fields is not refreshed in Chrome. Could you log it using connect.microsoft.com/.../Feedback

Hi,

I was tried below link, adding ShowModalDialog_EffectiveUntil20150430. but not working becasue the above regedit until 2015 Apr-30. any other way.

Hi,

After Save, if we do the page refresh or reload using XRM script ... the sub-grid also get refresh.

yes, i refresh the subgrid using Xrm Script. its working IE but Chrome its not working.

Hi,

am using below code for subgrid refreshing. its working, but continuously grid refresh.

Please suggest any one for solving the issue.

var subgrid = Xrm.Page.ui.controls.get("gridnme");

subgrid.refresh();

Try this also:

var subgrid = Xrm.Page.ui.controls.get("gridnme");

if(subgrid ! = null){

subgrid.refresh();}

Clear all browser cache(like formdata & passwords) and try this
