Hi,
Wondering if i could get some assistance with this issue. All pretty simple if there is a matching Account & Contact record in CRM Online but that wont always be the case.
So I was thinking best approach (feel free to correct me if wrong) would be to use a workflow taht checked to see if matching records existed, if not maybe assign to a generic account/contact record.
Question is how do you try looking up the account record to see if one exists?
